Before starting a career in real estate, Hannah was working in the food service industry as a waitress. She liked working with people, but got interested in real estate when she bought her first home from her mom. Throughout the process, she experienced what day-to-day life was like as a Realtor, and wanted to try it for herself.
In her words, her career in real estate “changed her life.”
Even though real estate can be competitive, Hannah found the environment at Ruhl&Ruhl to be very supportive. She developed a deep bond with other agents in her office, and they soon felt like family. Hannah enjoys how well everyone works together – to cover open houses, to answer each other’s questions and even to help cover each other’s businesses.
Now she is part of the team to help new agents when they come into the office. New agents receive mentors, receive hands-on experience (for example, hosting open houses), and are walked through the difficult parts of a real estate transaction. In Hannah’s words, “We want every agent to be successful.”
