Top Reasons Why I joined Ruhl&Ruhl
INDEPENDENCE
Beth can be a business owner, run her business on her terms and still have a supportive environment.
Meaningful
Beth gets to spend time with people she knows, likes and trusts on a daily basis.
Supportive
Beth sees the family-oriented culture and integrity of Ruhl every time she turns around at the office.
Beth’s children had grown up, and she was considering a career in real estate. When talking with Caroline Ruhl, she asked if she was crazy to think that she could start from scratch and build a business.
Since that conversation, Beth has never looked back. She runs a referral-based business, which means she does business every day with people who know, like and trust her. She enjoys adding value to the lives of people around her and doing business the way she wants.
Integrity and a family environment are both very important to Beth. She likes working at Ruhl&Ruhl because those values are more than just words – she sees it every time she turns around. Even though Beth is a competitive person, she enjoys working in an office where everyone is there to help. Agents in the office offer suggestions, work as a team and have each other’s back.
She especially likes the hands-on leadership of Caroline Ruhl and Chris Beason. She can pick up the phone and call them. They answer, listen and take her advice and suggestions seriously. In her words, Caroline and Chris treat their agents well and with respect, and that in turn, encourages agents to do the same with their clients.
