Dave Prochaska has been in the home building business since he was nine years old. He and his father, Joe Prochaska (a well known Quad Cities builder who recently retired) have been building energy efficient homes for over 30 years. Dave has carried forth the family tradition of quality built homes with some of the highest energy ratings among today's premier builders.
